All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. We reserve the right to cancel reservations as necessary. Clients can request setup time for bringing in items for storage; however, we will not be responsible for any items stored.
Rental Fee: $400 per time slot.Reservation Deposit: A deposit fee of $250 is required upon reservation. This amount will be applied to the total rental fee once the reservation is confirmed, and full payment is required thereafter. Damage Fee: A damage deposit of $200 will be collected. This amount will be refunded if no damages occur. If damages exceed $200, the additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file. Furniture Rearrangement Fee: A fee of $50 will be charged if furniture is not returned to its original arrangement. Additional Amenities: Clients may choose to add our additional amenities for an additional fee. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash or credit card only. Client will provide Fortuitous Inc with information for a valid credit card to keep on file. The credit card provided will be kept on file and will remain in effect until the expiration of the credit card account. The credit card information will be used by Fortuitous in initiate payment for any rental fees and payments. Fortuitous may also use the credit card to charge Clients for any damages made by the Client or their guests, or any outstanding balances due. Upon completion of the rental agreement, the client hereby irrevocably authorized Fortuitous to charge the Client's credit card on file for all foregoing charges. If Fortuitous uses the credit card information for the reasons described above, Fortuitous will provide the Client with a statement of account listing the charges. In the event of reversal and/or denial of legitimate charges by the Client, a fee of $100 plus attorney fees will be charged.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and rental fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit fee. No-shows will be responsible for the full amount owed.
A standard cleaning fee of $200 will apply. If excessive cleaning is required, a fee of 2.5 times the standard cleaning fee will be charged per hour.
The venue has a maximum capacity of 75 people. Clients must comply with this limit.
Outside catering and alcohol are permitted. If using a catering service, proof of insurance from the catering company must be provided.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed on the premises, including the outdoor courtyard. Violation will incur a $500 fine. Animals: No animals are permitted in the space. Decorations: Use of glitter, confetti, flour, chalk, or similar items is prohibited. Violation will result in a $600 cleaning fee. Fasteners: No nails or permanent fasteners are allowed on the floors or walls. Clients may use low-tack tape or other safe, removable adhesives that do not damage surfaces. Any damage will result in the loss of the damage deposit.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lost items should be reported to staff or management. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days before being donated or discarded. Clients are responsible for any damages or breakage occurring during their use of the space. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the credit card on file.
