Rental PriceOne Time Slot: $400Available Time SlotsMorning Slots: Available 7 days a week9:00 AM - 12:00 PM1:00 PM - 3:00 PMEvening Slots: Available Monday and Tuesday Only4:00 PM - 6:00 PM7:00 PM - 9:00 PMCustomers may book more than one time slot if available. All time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel bookings as necessary. Reservation DepositA deposit fee of $250 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to the total payment once your reservation has been confirmed, with full payment due thereafter. Damage FeeA damage deposit of $200 is required. This deposit will be refunded if no damages occur. If damages exceed $200, the additional charges will be applied to the credit card on file. Cleaning FeesA standard cleaning fee of $200 will be applied. If additional cleaning is necessary due to excessive mess, a fee of 2.5 times the standard cleaning fee will be charged per hour. Cancellation Policy- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit fee of $250. - No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full amount owed. Catering and AlcoholOutside catering and alcohol are permitted. For catering, proof of insurance from the catering company is required.
